Privacy Policy
This policy explains what KRS Global Systems LLC collects on the Clearline Desk website, why, and who receives it. Trader account data is not collected here.
Who controls this
KRS Global Systems LLC operates this website. For information you send through the site, we are the controller. If a prop firm later hires us under a signed agreement, that firm controls its traders' data and we process it only under that agreement. This policy is about the website.
What we collect
If you send the audit form, we collect:
Identifiers and business contact details: your name, work email, and firm name. We use them to reply, and we keep them for up to 24 months after the last message about that inquiry.
Commercial information you choose to send: help desk, what you need, approximate ticket volume, and your note. Same purpose, same retention.
A record that you checked the terms box, the terms version (October 9, 2026), and the time we received the form. We keep that record with the inquiry.
Internet activity in ordinary hosting logs: IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use this to run and secure the site, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile. Logs follow the host's ordinary retention.
We do not ask for a trader's identity document, account number, or payment card on this website. Do not put that in the form. If you do, we will not use it for any other purpose, and we may delete it.
We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Why we use it
We use the form to read your request and reply. We keep a copy so we know what was asked. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not sell it. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The legal bases, where a privacy law requires one, are: steps you asked for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the site secure.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email delivery service. We do not keep a separate database of these inquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to defend a legal claim. If we are involved in a merger or a sale of the company, the inquiry records may transfer with the business.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for up to 24 months after the last message about it, then we delete it, unless a signed agreement follows. If a contract is signed, that agreement sets how long client records are kept.

cld_notice is a necessary cookie. It remembers only that you closed the notice. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies. If we add either, we will not set them until you opt in, and we will update this table first.
Where it is processed
We are a United States company. The form and the cookie are processed in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your information comes to the United States.
Your requests
You may ask what we hold from this site, and you may ask us to correct or delete the inquiry you sent. Write to the address below from the work email you used. We may need to confirm the request is yours. You may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, you may use the same address to request access, correction, or deletion. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We limit who can read inquiry records. No method of sending data on the internet is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or card numbers through the form.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a new version here. The date at the top will change. A change here does not change a signed data-processing agreement.
